So I’m home and I have been busy busy busy.  I got here last saturday, Sunday we drove up to Kentucky, Tuesday we drove up to West Virginia,  then Wednesday we drove all the way back to Alabama so that I could be here on Thursday which was the only day everyone could get together.  It was pretty great seeing all my friends again.  I even got to see a couple that I hadn’t seen since I graduated!  Not everyone could make it, Becka was in Illinois, and Carrie didn’t show up but other than that it was like high school again.  We’ve all grown up a lot I think.  I also finally got a chance to go to the bookstore yesterday to pick up my Mangas, but they didn’t have the one I wanted the most.  That’s okay I got some others, and they were good.  Mom, Dad, and I went to see Juno last night at the theater.  It was brilliant!  A great, great movie.  Ellen Page who plays the title role deserves and oscar, she carried that entire movie with ease.  Playtimes over though.  Now I have to get cracking on my papers.  Sigh.

SATURDAY I’LL BE HOME!

Whee!  I’m pretty much packed.  My hairbrush, the computer I’m currently using, and I’m sure something I’ll find tomorrow and be like OMG!  I can’t leave THIS behind!  So yeah.

I’m excited, I can’t wait to see my folks!

IT SNOWED!!!!!

EDIT: Well I have no been out in the snow, and there is no ice under it, just fresh white powder. And Daniel and I had a snow fight, which was glorious! I also purchased Jaffa cakes for the bringing home. Hurray!

I intended to have a post up today.  Unfortantly I’ve been fighting with Startlogic’s new system for most of the afternoon.  They upgraded their servers, now I can’t do anything.  That upgrade was also why the site was down for two days.  Now I can’t upload multiple files through File Manager, and I can’t view the directories so I can easily get the urls.  This is what I like to call BULLSHIT (pardon my french).   Thankfully however, I have a friend that is a computer programmer and far wiser to the ways of the internet than I am, and he MacGyvered a way to make it work.  TAKE THAT STARTLOGIC!  I’m seriously thinking when my contract is up, if I’m still maintaining this site, we are moving somewhere else.  That is fifteen kinds of crap and they know it.  I am SO NOT HAPPY with Startlogic right now.  They had better shape up, or I will send them nasty emails everyday until my contract expires.  I’m so unhappy that I’m posting this on my startlogic hosted site, and I don’t even care if they read it.  Because if my site goes down again after I post this, I think I’ll report them to the Better Buisness Bureau, and send them nasty emails.  This is crap.  I’ll get working on that post, but I don’t think I’ll finish is before class.

So I just got back to my room (1:04 am) after leaving it before 6:am yesterday and going to Wiesbaden.  It was totally fun and totally exhausting.  I took lots of pictures and I’ll try to get some up on Monday and a proper post.

Sorry about the website being down for two and a half days.  My server supply people updated the system and appearently something went screwy and despite the fact that I sat through hold TWICE for a couple of hours a peice, nothing got fixed until my daddy called and took care of it.  Bah.  Buts its back up now and we can all be hunky dorry.  Nighty night!
